For the Installer:
Read all instructions before beginning installation. For illustration purposes, the fence model Diamond 5’ high is shown in the diagram of the subsequent pages. However, the following installation procedure may be applied to all models of fence except for the Pearl or Turquoise, which have shorter spacing between posts. Note that the post settings for heights will vary depending on the fence model height.

Dimensions:
Fence Panel Sizes: height to vary from 3’ to 7’ or more by 92 5/8” length for all panels other than Pearl and Turquoise, which are 88 ¾” length.
Inside distance between posts: 95 5/8” +/- ¼” Pearl or Turquoise 91 ¾” +/- ¼”.
Inside distance between posts (for less than full panels): refer to the subsequent pages for the style that you have purchased, then refer to the cut size or closest size to post setting distance.
#1. Post Settings:
Check with all the underground utility services such as electricity, gas, telephone, television cable, and water for the location of such series before you dig. Also, consult with local by-law offices for any required permits or building codes that must be observed. Ensure that you locate your property borders before installation. Install the iron posts in concrete foundations making the diameter of the hole between 6” to 9” for fence posts, and 9” to 12” for gate posts, at a depth of 36” to 48”. Set the inside distance between posts at 3” longer than the finished panel length. Gates are set 2 ¾” longer than the gate frame sizes for a single gate and 2 ¼” for double gates each. For example, using a standard 92 5/8” panel, the inside distance between the iron posts should be 95 5/8”. This allows space for the panels to be attached to posts by the brackets. The height of posts should be at least 4” to 6” higher than panel height (allow 2” to 4” of ground clearance). After all panels have been installed, simply cut the posts at a preferred height. For quicker installation, double-check all distances from opening to opening to avoid modifying the panel widths. For less than full panel installation instructions see below for your style or measurements.
#2. & #3. Installation of Brackets and Panels:
Choose the bracket that best suits your terrain. For example, line brackets are recommended to maintain perfectly straight lines. On the other hand, where there are a number of turns, ends, or ground elevations, universal brackets are recommended to maintain proper fence height. Simply place the bracket of choice over top of the post widening making certain not to scratch the post. At the preferred or needed height, snug the bolt and slip the rail of panel into the bracket and tight to secure panel to posts. If required to install a panel that is not at a 90° angle, use a line or end swivel bracket to complete the task. Refer to subsequent pages for various degrees or uses of swivel brackets as well as attaching panels to other forms of fencing, walls or columns.
#4. Installation of Post Caps:
Once all panels are installed at the preferred height, simply cut the posts at elevation that best suits the cap style. This may be achieved with a hacksaw, reciprocal saw or band saw. Make certain that all sharp metal shavings have been removed from the panel. (Please note that exact post heights may be set prior to installation to avoid any cutting.) Once the posts have been set to height, simply install the cap over top with a rubber mallet to create a snug fit.

Product Cleaning:
The fencing only requires an occasional rainfall or hosing with water to maintain a fresh appearance.
